Hi Turbin, may I know what store are you using just to make sure if that's not integrated with CJ yet. And if you're store is not yet integrated, you can import the orders through CSV or excel file so we can still fulfill the orders for you. Please click this link cjdropshipping.com/2018/03/26/how-to-import-an-excel-or-csv-order/ For multiple different orders, yes, we can put them in the same package or we can combine orders for you as long as it's less than 2kgs, we can put different products into one same package, if more than 2kgs, needs to add additional packaging. With this, it will help you save time, shipping cost and the customer will be very happy with that because they can pay less in shipping.

I listed a product specifically to fulfill from their advertised US warehouse location, which I had explicitly selected, and then when it sold they only gave me Chinese shipping options for fulfillment. They then said their shipping would be fast but delivery took twice as long as they said it would. And I get the bad rating from the customer who payed for a product they thought would be getting shipped from the US. And CJ support kept gaslighting me.

Seems like it's a common issue and so right, support takes forever to complete a simple task. It's not about SKU Andy, it's about delivering what is advertised, how is that going to be fixed They also say their prices is high due to quality, yet I am not sure what they check with quality, the fact you connect your store, I think they look at what you are selling for and price it accordingly so you literally only make 4-5 USD using them. Their CJ packet price and delivery is almost the same when compared to my other orders shipped via Oberlo but epacket was cheaper Would be interested to know how this is being addressed as if you search my name in this group, it is the same question I've asked and yet to be convinced

Bro, we are old friends here. We never deny there are some disadvantages about our system and our service like the shipping promise and lack of price competition for some products and else. But we are keeping optimizing these problems. We want to give you guys wonderful services and experience. But that is not easy and needs time and need your support and understanding. For the two major concern, there are solutions before we can provide a better optimization. Advertised 1-2 processing time is under the condition we have inventory when you place orders. You can buy private inventory or add it to SKU list to check the inventory to rid this concern. For the price, with the quality and delivery time ensured, you still feel uncompetitive, you can talk to your agent to find a new supplier or require a discount from the supplier and shipping company or find a substitute product. If you want faster delivery at a very low shipping price, That's not fair and unrealistic.

Hi Rovshan, may I know if you made any modifications or changes for this item in your store? Because possible reason is that the product has been disconnected to CJ that's why you can't find the fulfilllment with CJ there.

Normally, there are two ways to pick CJ as fulfillment. One is that you pick it on CJ system when you connect products, there will be one tip for you to pick CJ fulfillment. Another is that you pick CJ fulfillment on Shopify store (see image below). The first one is recommended.

Your products are awesome. But we are having one problem the problem is must have to need a professional video for marketing perpose. People don't buy though picture. If you show them value what your product does what is the value of this product then people gonna buy it.
